Hake souffle WITH SPINACH

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen fillets of hake
  • 500g Frozen spinach
  • 0,5l White sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • Olive oil, garlic and salt

Preparation

  • Season the hake with salt, garlic and lemon juice. Bring to the covered microwave for steaming for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Cook the spinach slightly in little water. After drained, they were sautéed in a frying pan in olive oil and garlic.
  • Mix the hake with the spinach and add the white sauce.
  • The gems are joined together.
  • Beat the egg whites and carefully wrap the previous preparation. It is baked at 180°c for about one hour.
