Hake souffle WITH SPINACH

Ingredients
- 2 Frozen fillets of hake
- 500g Frozen spinach
- 0,5l White sauce
- 4 Eggs
- Olive oil, garlic and salt
Preparation
- Season the hake with salt, garlic and lemon juice. Bring to the covered microwave for steaming for approximately 2 minutes.
- Cook the spinach slightly in little water. After drained, they were sautéed in a frying pan in olive oil and garlic.
- Mix the hake with the spinach and add the white sauce.
- The gems are joined together.
- Beat the egg whites and carefully wrap the previous preparation. It is baked at 180°c for about one hour.
