Filo PASTRY BUNDLES

Ingredients

  • 1 Package filo sheets
  • 200g bacon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Chevre cheese (or other)
  • 8 Basil leaves

Preparation

  • Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry until crisp.
  • Superimpose three sheets of filo pastry, brush each one with butter and divide in 4 parts, each part being a bundle.
  • In each bundle put a strips of bacon, a slice of chèvre cheese and 2 leaves of basil over it.
  • Close the bundle with kitchen string and cook in oven until golden.
