Sea PUDDING

Ingredients
- 3 Frozen fillets of hake
- 6 Delícias do mar
- 1 Pealed tomatoe can
- 9 Eggs
- Lettuce, carrot and corn
Preparation
- Season the hake with salt and garlic and bring to the covered microwave for steaming for about 2 minutes. Undo the tomato and eggs in a bowl with the magic wand. This preparation is put into an english cake type. Put the hake in pieces and the sea delicacies sliced.
- Bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. After cooling, place in refrigerator.
