Ingredients
- 400g Frozen fillets of hake
- 1 kg Frozen spinach
- 1 Package milk cream
- 1 Can shellfish soup
- Olive oil
- Garlic
Preparation
- Cook the spinach. After drained, sauté in olive oil and garlic. Put them on a board.
- Cut in half the hake loins still frozen and pass through the powdered seafood soup (as if it were breadcrumbs).
- Place the fish on top of the spinach. Rinse with the cream and bake at 170º until the fish bake.
