Hake ON BED OF SPINACH

Ingredients

  • 400g Frozen fillets of hake
  • 1 kg Frozen spinach
  • 1 Package milk cream
  • 1 Can shellfish soup
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic

Preparation

  • Cook the spinach. After drained, sauté in olive oil and garlic. Put them on a board.
  • Cut in half the hake loins still frozen and pass through the powdered seafood soup (as if it were breadcrumbs).
  • Place the fish on top of the spinach. Rinse with the cream and bake at 170º until the fish bake.
