Ham and pineapple PIZZA

Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1dl Milk
- 1dl Water
- 5 Tablespoons olive oil
- 400g Flour
- 20g Baker’s yeast (or 1 package)
Topping:
- 100g Tomato pulp
- 200g Ham
- 200g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Can of pineapple (drained)
Preparation
Dough:
- Lightly heat the liquids, add flour and yeast and season with salt. Knead and rest for half an hour. The mass is opened and the shape forms.
Topping:
- Cover the dough with the tomato pulp and place the ham and pineapple to pieces.
- Cover with the cheese.
- Bake at 200°c for about 15 minutes.
