Ham and pineapple PIZZA


  • Dough:
  • 1dl Milk
  • 1dl Water
  • 5 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 400g Flour
  • 20g Baker’s yeast (or 1 package)
  • Topping:

  • 100g Tomato pulp
  • 200g Ham
  • 200g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Can of pineapple (drained)


  • Dough:

  • Lightly heat the liquids, add flour and yeast and season with salt. Knead and rest for half an hour. The mass is opened and the shape forms.
  • Topping:

  • Cover the dough with the tomato pulp and place the ham and pineapple to pieces.
  • Cover with the cheese.
  • Bake at 200°c for about 15 minutes.
