Mediterranean QUICHE


  • 1 Short pastry dough

  • 2 Large mozzarella cheeses

  • 3 Tomatoes

  • 6 Eggs

  • 2 Packages Milk Cream

  • Basil leaves

  • Olive oil, salt and pepper
