Minced meat roll WITH BOILED EGG

Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg Minced meat
  • 1 Can of onion soup
  • 3 Eggs
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  • Cook the eggs.
  • In a bowl mix the minced meat with the powder of onion soup.
  • Spread the meat on a board and the eggs on top.
  • Wrap the meat around the eggs and paint with olive oil.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
