Pea CREAM

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Frozen peas
  • 3 Medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  • Cut the onion to the slices. Fry with a string of olive oil.
  • Add potatoes and garlic cloves.
  • Add a little water and let it cook.
  • Add the peas, cover with boiling water and let it cook.
  • Dissolve with the magic wand and season with salt and pepper.
