Chinese pasta WITH COURGETTE AND BACON

Ingredients

  • 500g Chinese pasta
  • 1 Loaf of bacon
  • 2 Courgettes
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce

Preparation

  • Bake the dough. Once cooked, rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the bacon into strips, fry with olive oil until crisp and reserve.
  • Cut the courgettes into the cubes and season with salt. Add the bacon.
  • Drain the dough and place in the frying pan along with the courgettes and bacon.
  • Mix everything together and add a little soy sauce.
