Artichoke hearts WITH BACON AND CHÈVRE CHEESE

Ingredients
- 2 Tins of large artichoke hearts
- 1 Loaf of bacon
- 1 Chèvre cheese
- 1 Onion
Preparation
- Drain the artichokes well. Then trim so that they are straight and a cavity opens in the middle.
- Crush the bacon and onion.
- Heat with with a string of olive oil until it fries. With this preparation fill the cavities of the artichokes.
- Break the chèvre cheese into slices and cover each artichoke. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
