Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin
- Puff pastry
- Foie gras
- 1 Egg yolk
Preparation
- Season the pork loin with the foie gras and cover with the puff pastry.
- Paint the dough with the egg yolk.
- It goes to the oven that 190º until the mass is of golden aspect (approximately 15 minutes).
