Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin
  • Puff pastry
  • Foie gras
  • 1 Egg yolk

Preparation

  • Season the pork loin with the foie gras and cover with the puff pastry.
  • Paint the dough with the egg yolk.
  • It goes to the oven that 190º until the mass is of golden aspect (approximately 15 minutes).
