Ingredients

  • 1 Plain Yoghurt
  • 180g of sugar
  • 150g of flour
  • 2,5dl of oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • Lemon shavings

Preparation

  • Beat yoghurt well with sugar, egg yolks, oil, lemon shavings and flour.
  • Beat the egg whites and wrap themselves in the preparation.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
