- 250g Wheat flour
- 150g Butter
- 1 Tablespoon lard
- 1 Egg
- 6 Eggs
- 2 Packages fresh cream
- 4 Halves of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch flour
- 3 Tuna tins
- 2 Sweet corn tins
- Salt and oregano
Add the wheat flour, the butter, the lard, the egg and the salt dissolved in drops of water and knead everything very well. After resting for an hour, fill the pan.
Add tuna, corn and oregano.
Beat the eggs with the cream and add the cornstarch previously dissolved in the milk. Season with salt and lie on top.
Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
