Summer eggs
Ingredients
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Small can of tuna
  • 1 Small jar of mayonnaise
  • Olives
  • Cherry tomato
  • Lettuce
Preparation
Cook the eggs, let cool and cut in half. In a bowl mix the yolks with the tuna and then add the mayonnaise, unitl it forms a paste.
Fill the egg whites with the paste.
On a platter, place a bed of sliced ​​lettuce and top with the eggs.
Garnish with an olive or cherry tomato.
