Pork loin stuffed with farinheira
Ingredients
  • 1 Pork loin
  • 1 Farinheira
  • White wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation
Remove the skin from the farinheira and insert into the loin previously opened.
Place on a tray and water with wine, olive oil and salt.
Bake at 180 ┬░ C for about one hour.
Serve with the sauce aside.
