Pea cream
Ingredients
  • 1 kg Frozen peas
  • 3 Medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
Preparation
Cut the onion to the slices. Fry with a string of olive oil.
Add potatoes and garlic cloves.
Add a little water and let it cook.
Add the peas, cover with boiling water and let it cook.
Dissolve with the magic wand and season with salt and pepper.
