Ham and pineapple pizza
Ingredientes

Dough

  • 1dl Milk
  • 1dl Water
  • 5 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 400g Flour
  • 20g Baker’s yeast (or 1 package)

Topping

  • 100g Tomato pulp
  • 200g Ham
  • 200g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Can of pineapple (drained)
Preparation
Dough
Lightly heat the liquids, add flour and yeast and season with salt. Knead and rest for half an hour. The mass is opened and the shape forms.
Topping
Cover the dough with the tomato pulp and place the ham and pineapple to pieces.
Cover with the cheese.
Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
