Hake souffle with spinach
Ingredients
  • 2 Frozen fillets of hake
  • 500g Frozen spinach
  • 0,5l White sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive oil, garlic and salt
Preparation
Season the hake with salt, garlic and lemon juice. Bring to the covered microwave for steaming for approximately 2 minutes.
Cook the spinach slightly in little water. After drained, they were sautéed in a frying pan in olive oil and garlic.
Mix the hake with the spinach and add the white sauce.
The gems are joined together.

Beat the egg whites and carefully wrap the previous preparation. It is baked at 180°C for about one hour.
