Hake on bed of spinach
Ingredients
  • 400g Frozen fillets of hake
  • 1 kg Frozen spinach
  • 1 Package milk cream
  • 1 Can shellfish soup
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
Preparation
Cook the spinach. After drained, sauté in olive oil and garlic. Put them on a board.
Cut in half the hake loins still frozen and pass through the powdered seafood soup (as if it were breadcrumbs).
Place the fish on top of the spinach. Rinse with the cream and bake at 170º until the fish bake.
