Cod with Creams and Coriander
Ingredients
  • 2 Cuttings of desalted codfish
  • 1 Large onion
  • 2 Packages Milk Cream
  • 0,5l White sauce
  • 250g Shoestring potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Coriander
Preparation
Cook the cod and drift to the splinters. In a frying pan with olive oil, place the onion to the slices and the cod to the flakes. Let yourself go.
Wash and chop coriander.
In a bowl put the potato straw, the coriander, the cod with the onion, the white sauce and the cream. It mixes everything and puts itself in a form.
Go to the oven to brown.
