Chinese pasta with courgette and bacon
Ingredients
  • 500g Chinese pasta
  • 1 Loaf of bacon
  • 2 Courgettes
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
Preparation
Bake the dough. Once cooked, rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the bacon into strips, fry with olive oil until crisp and reserve.
Cut the courgettes into the cubes and season with salt. Add the bacon.
Drain the dough and place in the frying pan along with the courgettes and bacon.
Mix everything together and add a little soy sauce.
